How much money has to be included in the money lei ? 

It can be any dollar amount you would like. I always try to arrange dollar bill denominations to give a good length and fullness, but I can use any specific amount or denomination requested. For example, if requested for the lei to consist of only 5 (20’s) I can use color filler for the rest!

Can I do a customizable $$ amount for a lei ?

Of course! The dollar amounts listed on site are only suggestions. Any lei can be created with absolutely any dollar amount. For example, I created a lei that consisted on 67$ for a 67th birthday party. Just send me a message with your desired amount and we can work the details out to complete a lei to your specifics.

How long does it take for an order to be fulfilled ?

I can usually have them finished within 2-4 days depending on when the banks are open. I’ll always send a completed photo before we meet to ensure everything is perfect for you. 

 

Where can I pick up my completed order?

Orders can be picked up at a meeting site within the greater Toledo area. I am located in Perrysburg and have a usual meeting place at Target in Rossford. I am always open to finding a mutual meeting place for those customers who live in other areas.

How early should I put in an order request ?

It is never too early to put in an order! I keep a detailed calendar of all orders to never miss a date but at least a week in advance is a suggested time.

What about other add on trinkets besides the ones offered ?

I ask that all small add on trinkets such as hair bows, bottles, or other lightweight items be customer provided to ensure the lei includes exactly what you have in mind. I can attach them at no charge. 

 

Can the money be used after? 

YES! I never cut, tear or damage the dollar bills. They are all neatly folded and held together with tiny pieces of tape for easy deconstruction and spending. 

 

Can the lei be shipped ?

Unfortunately, it is against the law to ship any form of currency. So the money leis cannot be shipped but the ribbon leis can be. Pricing would have additional shipping charge added.

How is the overall price determined ? 

For money leis, the price is determined by however much the lei consists of plus a 40$ labor and materials fee. Each lei can take up to 3-4 hours to create since their are many tiny intricate steps. Each lei is made with patience and perfection!
